You are billed immediately when you subscribe. After that, billing occurs automatically once per month until you cancel.

Yes. When you sign up for the first time, we create a single user account for you. You can use the same account to subscribe to multiple services at any time.

You can cancel any active subscription at any time from your Dashboard. Go to Account menu > Billing > Active subscriptions and follow the cancellation steps.

Yes. The minimum subscription period is one month. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. After that, access will be disabled and no further charges will be made.

After completing your payment, you will receive an access code by email. Enter this access code to activate your service.

Static Pro access codes do not expire. You can use your passcode at any time.
